Heard Global does not service Weddings

What Budgets does Heard Global typically work with?Heard Global works with budgets as small as $3,000 and up past $2,000,000. A typical range would be between $25,000 and $300,000. Heard will always try to provide a solution that fits within a client's budget.

Does Heard Global offer Venue Selection and Catering Sourcing?No, Heard Global does not offer venue selection or catering sourcing. We focus on Event Production and Design & Decor elements. Venue selection, catering management, and other services more closely aligned with an Event Planner are not services we offer.

Does Heard Global work with third-party event planners or just large corporations?Heard Global works with a variety of event planners, whether they are independent or part of large corporations. We collaborate with different planners to ensure the success of each event.

Is Heard Global an Agency?While Heard does offer a lot of services, it is not as extensive or wide ranging as an Agency would be. It is common for Agencies to hire Heard Global to focus on the Event Production side of the project the agency may have. Agencies do not typically own AV equipment in house like Heard Global does.

Does Heard Global own their equipment or cross-rent it?Heard Global owns several warehouses and offices across the United States, filled with in-house equipment, giving us direct control over quality and maintenance. In some instances, where a unique piece is needed or we are running a slight shortage, we have trusted partners for sourcing additional equipment to supplement.

Is Heard Global accepting New Clients and Events?Yes! We are always expanding and growing our inventory and team to meet the unique needs of each of our clients. We see each event and client as the start of a long term relationship and would love to work with you on your next event!

Can Heard Global be a trusted partner for sensitive or confidential meetings?Yes! We frequently handle sensitive or confidential meetings. We take the security of our equipment and team very seriously, conducting background checks and implementing multiple layers of protection to ensure your event remains confidential.
